CERTIFICATIONS
Our certifications
Quality certification was created to simplify and better manage production processes, making them more rational and aligned with increased customer satisfaction. Audits for annual renewals make it possible to verify and continue to improve these processes while keeping them in line with the ever-changing market.
We currently hold two quality certifications: ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN 17100:2017.
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognised reference standard for the certification of a company’s quality management systems, regardless of sector and company size. During the audit, the way in which products or services are provided to meet customer and legal requirements is assessed.
UNI EN 17100:2017
Introduced in 2015, the UNI EN 17100:2017 specification for Language Service Providers (LSPs) is the only international standard applicable to translation services. It certifies the development of a detailed production system in its various stages, from the qualifications of the resources employed, to the management of the actual translation process, through to customer feedback and data protection.
